Nuphonics is committed to helping listeners enhance and improve their lives. If you are not completely satisfied with your nuphonics audio composition, simply return the original, undamaged CD along with its original invoice, packaging, and materials for a refund. All refunds must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase.
A return authorization number is required for any returns or exchanges. A return authorization number can be obtained by e-mailing us at returns@nuphonics.com. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and postage charges on returned items. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned items. For your protection, insure and register any return packages.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we will be happy to replace it with a new copy of the same item. Please contact Nuphonics within 30 days of purchase for an authorization number and replacement instructions.

US Shipping and Delivery Information
Domestic shipping in the US is done by FedEx or USPS. Orders are typically shipped on the day following the receipt of your order. See deliver options below for the shipping method which is best for you.
FedEx
Our standard method of delivery on FedEx orders is 3 day shipping. All 3 day orders that are being shipped by FedEx in the US pay a shipping charge of $13.95. Overnight deliveries in the US pay a charge of $27.95.
USPS
Our standard method of delivery on USPS orders is a Media Mail rate with 8 day shipping. All orders that are being shipped by USPS in the US pay a shipping charge of $5.95.
